We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the website:

- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page, collected through server logs and analytics.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To protect against spam and abuse (for example, reCAPTCHA on our forms).
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google reCAPTCHA. These services may set cookies or collect device information under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the contact form, may not work without them.
Sharing

Retention
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Email contact@crux.sa to make a request.

We apply technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. See our Security page.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
